Prices vary with the quantity and technicality of the documents. They range from 30 to 45 New Zealand Dollars per 100 source words + GST or 0.15 to 0.25 Euros per source word.

Prices vary according to three groups of languages:

Group A - $NZ30 per 100 words + GST
German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese.
Group B - $NZ35 per 100 words + GST
Albanian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Estonian, Flemish, Welsh, Greek, Hungarian, Latin, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonia, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbo-Croatian (Bosnia), Slovak, Slovene, Czech and Turkish
Group C - $NZ40 per 100 words + GST
Arabic, Bengali, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Danish, Farsi, Finish, Gaelic, Gujarati, Hebrew, Hindi, Icelandic, Japanese, Kazakh, Maltese, Norwegian, Punjabi, Somali, Swedish, Thai, Ukrainian, Urdu and Vietnamese.

Rush orders and translations of highly specialised materials (ex. Patents)
All languages - an additional charge of 15% is applied on top of normal rates.

Deadlines
Turnaround times depend on public holidays and are subjected to the availability of our linguists. While we'll do our best to respond to your needs of fast turnaround, we have to abide by a quality management policy and the agreements we have executed with NZQA and other publics agencies, and therefore, to respect a minimum deadline for each job, with a reasonable average output of 2500 words per working day. Any jobs exceeding these limits will be charged as rush jobs and an additional charge of 15% will be applied to normal rates.
