Translation Quality Management

Quality Control

Making sure you get high quality translations is a key factor when choosing your language service provider. Most translation workflows are based on a three-step quality control process (translation, proofreading and editing). This complex model was created to ensure quality but increases as well the risk of lack of uniformity and consistency throughout the text. That's why we make sure to add a fourth step - preparation.

Preparation and Content Management

Through preparation we focus on terminology and contents before starting the translation process. We'll begin by analysing your document and extracting highly specific and technical terminology and draw up glossaries. Translators, proofreaders and editors will then be provided with glossaries, style guidelines and a Translation Memory to work with. This way, we make sure our translations are consistent, even for repetitive manuals for example.

All our translations are memorised throught Translation Memories which we use from one job to another. You'll never get the same text translated twice.
